At YourStyleB, our goal is to make sure you love every item you receive. If you need to return or exchange something, please review our policy below.

🛍 Return Eligibility (30 Days)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items meet the conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • No stains, deodorant, makeup, perfume, or damage

  • Original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Not part of the non-returnable items list

Any item failing inspection will be rejected.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits

  • Lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Jewelry or accessories

  • Clearance / final sale items

  • Gift cards

💳 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to:

  • Original payment method, or

  • Store credit, depending on your choice

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds may take 3–10 business days after inspection.

🔄 Exchanges

We allow exchanges for a different size or color if the item is still in stock.
Exchanges follow the same inspection process as returns.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping unless:

  • Item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • There was a fulfillment error on our side

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:

  • A brief description of the issue

EUROPEAN UNION RETURN RIGHTS

To comply with EU consumer regulations, customers located in the European Union have special rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

EU Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are an EU customer, you have the legal right to:

✔ Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it
✔ Cancel for any reason
✔ Receive a refund for the product price

Conditions:

  • Item must be returned in good, unused condition

  • You must notify us that you wish to cancel before the 14 days expires

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective)

We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Timeline (EU)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days, as legally required.

🌍 International Returns (Non-EU)

International customers outside the EU must follow our main 30-day return policy.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping

  • Customs fees

  • Duties or taxes

  • Lost/undelivered returns (we recommend tracked shipping)

Once your return is approved, we will email you the correct return address based on your region.

Do NOT send returns to the shipping label address unless we confirm it.
